• Please bear in mind that there is a file size limit of 1mb for photos.
• All photos must be jpg files.
• Once uploaded we will check that the files are suitable for our site and then we will add them.
• By uploading you agree that you own the photograph, or have permission to distribute it, and are happy for Grindside.com to use it until you request us not to, or we decide to remove it.
• Photos may be resized to fit in with site limits.
• Grindside.com may choose not to display your photo at our discretion and we may add and remove them as we see fit without notification.
• We will be happy to remove any photos you have uploaded at your request.
• Please note that we log the username, email address, time, date and IP address of all uploaders for security reasons. Although this information will remain strictly confidential.

Due to the restrictions of web pages you will not see a progress bar for the uploading file and remember large files may take a while to upload if you have a slow connection. Thanks.
