Yep it finally died damn bmx's did ruin most of the ramps etc. so it needed an injection of money to repair the place then they found asbestos in the roof and it was closed down. Proper gutted used to bum that place!

just been for a walk round the stoke plaza pretty quiet a few lads a nd a girl sk8 boarding and one bmx there so me and my daughter had a good look around think i'm going hit it one morning when it's quiet

stoke plaza is a wkd park for street i love the skate path leading to the park and the bowl there im there most weekends as its a 30 drive from were i live i recomend it to any1 who likes a good street session

Yeah defo mate, if you decide to come up tho give us a bit of notice cuz have to work Saturday mornings so will get it off. I can pick you up from train station as well cuz plaza can be a bitch to find. Weathers been crap for weeks in Stoke too and it rains every weekend at the moment and cuz the plaza is concrete the water just sits there for ever!

Sounds good Hainsey, is gonna be the other side of Xmas for me; how about we pencil in Saturday Jan 30? I know it's a long way off, but this way we can lock it in and you can give enough notice etc.?

Plus we might be able to drum up some GrindSide Skater interest

Yeah sounds good mate I'll put it on the calendar, if weather is bad we can always head up to Stockport and spend the day at UkSkate/

If you fancy making a weekend of it you could book a room at Travel Lodge for £29 per room and I'll take you out and show you the night life.

Yes mate the more the merrier, see my post above and if there's a enough coming up I'll sort a mini bus to pick up from station (obviously you'll have to share the cost but would work out cheaper than getting taxi's and our buses are really pricey as well at about £2 a journey now!). We'll see how many are coming first.

So lock in Jan 30? Good Weather = Stoke Plaza; Bad Weather = UKSkate

I won't be able to stay over anywhere as have plans Sat night already back in London Town.. But a 9am start means plenty of Skate Time

Sorry to be an arse but due to my car needing a new clutch I wont be able to go to UkSkate if you come up, can still go to plaza but what with tall the shit weather might be best to decide for definite closer to the 30th if you guys still coming up.
